Team coaching begins when an ICF certified master coach, who has a minimum of five years coaching experience, meets with the team leader to determine what the overall team goals are collectively and individually. The coach then does a MindScan with each member of the team and compares it to their roles and responsibilities. This identifies the strengths and weaknesses so that each individuals’ strengths can be accentuated and the weaknesses can either be addressed or delegated. Key Performance Indicators are created by everyone receiving coaching and with full transparency and tracking, results are always enhanced. This helps the team shift from needing accountability to taking full ownership, and from mere presence to more performance.
Features and benefits vary from team to team and are determined specifically by the coach and team leader.
